Siddhesh Gunandekar is a development sector professional and strategic communication and advocacy specialist dedicated to helping social impact organisations communicate their work with clarity, credibility, and purpose.

Over the past two decades, he has worked with leading humanitarian and development organisations in India and internationally, leading communication, advocacy, and behaviour change initiatives across complex programmes.

Siddhesh has designed and led strategic IEC and BCC initiatives that translate complex social development challenges into clear and accessible narratives, supporting organisations in building awareness, strengthening community engagement, and fostering sustained behaviour change.

Through Samvaad Catalyst Global, Siddhesh works with Indian and international NGOs to strengthen their visibility, credibility, and influence—helping organisations communicate their impact more effectively and build meaningful CSR and donor partnerships.

His approach is grounded in the core values of the development sector—people-centred storytelling, transparency, and integrity.

Dr. Pradnya Shashikant Bhatkar is a fine artist, academician, creative expert and visual communication practitioner who brings over a decade of experience in translating complex social issues into compelling visual narratives.

Currently an Assistant Professor at Chitkara Design School, she holds a Ph.D. in Fine Arts and a Masters of Fine Arts in Portraiture from Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai.

Her work lies at the intersection of creative art, communication and advocacy, having collaborated with Indian and International organisations and The Times of India to create awareness-driven campaigns on health, child rights, mother & child health, livelihoods and other social issues.

At Samvaad Catalyst Global, she leads the creative content unit and contributes to strengthening impact communication through visual storytelling, design thinking, and narrative-led engagement.
